Terms of Trade
CONDITION OF SALE:
Passing Of Property
Ownership and property in the goods (including MTA Gift Vouchers and purchases from third parties for which payment is due to MTA), remains with the Motor Trade Association (MTA) until payment in full has been received.
No Alteration to Conditions of Sale
No employee, representative or agent of the MTA has any authority to alter any of these Conditions of Sale.
Re-Supply to Third Party
A purchaser who re-supplies to a third party any goods purchased under these Conditions of Sale shall ensure that such third party enjoys no better rights against the MTA in respect of such goods than would be enjoyed by a purchaser from the MTA subject to these Conditions of Sale. The purchaser agrees to keep the MTA indemnified accordingly.
Acceptance of Conditions of Sale
The placing of any order with the MTA for goods by a purchaser shall constitute deemed acceptance by the purchaser of these Conditions of Sale.
Non-Members (Debtor Accounts)
The placing of any order with the MTA for goods by the purchaser shall constitute deemed acceptance by the purchaser of these Conditions of Sale. MTA uses Windcave as its payment provider and any and all payment methods are provided by Windcave and not MTA.
TERMS OF TRADE
Returns - for Credit
Any request for credit must be done so in writing to MTA's Gift Team quoting the invoice number, prior to any return being processed. To qualify for credit the goods must be in a condition acceptable by MTA.
Payment
All Payments must be processed through the payment provider (Windcave). If a payment cannot be processed through our payment provider, and the transaction is large, a proforma invoice may be requested, however the good will not be provided until payment for the goods has cleared.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payment Options Available:
- (a) Credit Card or Online Eftpos payment via the Windcave Portal.
- (b) Direct Credit to MTA's Bank Account only after request for a Proforma invoice and only applicable to large transactions.
